Exceptional landscapes start with an initial concept from our architectural team to create a functional, beautiful landscape that will satisfy your goals.As your partner, we listen to your needs and ideas every step of the way to ensure your dreams become reality.
We visit your property in order to identify environmental assets, soil condition, drainage, topography, views and scenery, wind patterns, and existing plants so that we
can tailor a plan for your unique property.
Once we have gathered this information, our team of experts will prepare a design proposal and meet with you to go over all aspects of the proposal, answering your questions and listening to your concerns. The proposal will give an overall view of the project, incorporating all elements including plant selection and arrangement, and hardscaping features such as water features, walkways, walls, and terracing.
Once you are satisfied with the design, we will provide a price for the total project or, in the case of larger projects, for each phase of the project if you choose to complete it over a period of time. All estimates will be detailed with a list of materials and services included.
